Family Care Medical Clinic, or FMC is one that truly serves the community. Dedicated to setting new standards of care for patients and structured to be an ideal family medicine clinic, FMC combines services incorporating curable medical approaches with preventive medicine and health education - delivering high quality primary healthcare that is affordable, accessible, efficient and coordinated in a conducive and relaxed environment.

Based in Jalan Penampang, close to the city centre of Kota Kinabalu, FMC is housed in a timber bungalow. Fully renovated to fulfill the requirements by the Ministry of Health, the clinic's grounds provide a natural landscape which gives off a calming feel.

FMC is committed to protecting and caring for the environment by undertaking a number of initiatives in implementing and exercising sustainable practices. FMC is also the first GP clinic in Sabah which is affiliated and partnered with an ambulance service. Operated by a team of fully qualified paramedics, the service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

With a wide range of services offered onsite, Family Care emphasises treating not only acute and chronic illnesses but also focuses on disease prevention and health promotion in a primary care setting. Family Care offers general practice, medical check ups, health screenings, immunizations, vaccinations and house calls.
