Shangri-La's Tanjung Aru Resort and Spa's Peppino Italian restaurant is often touted as one of Malaysia's best, thanks to its impeccable, authentic cuisine. Peppino now introduces its Cocoa and Co. promotion. The creation of Peppino's Head Chef Coco Salvatore, the Cocoa and Co. promotion brings with it something fun, adventurous and delicious by way of 10 original dishes infused with cocoa, tea and coffee.

This daring and innovative venture is an exciting and progressive effort from Kota Kinabalu's most treasured Italian fine dining restaurant. Chef Coco’s vision is to incorporate contemporary, modern elements – achieving perfect balance in his culinary creations through the unique fusion of food and drink.

The Cocoa and Co. promotion includes one soup, two starters, four pasta dishes and three main courses. Guests can begin the meal with a light Anise Tea Broth, Shallot and Sea Bass Fillet enhanced with Ginger priced at MYR48++, then move on to Cocoa Pasta Roll filled with Ricotta Cheese and Eggplant Mousse served with Pecorino Sauce priced at MYR38++. To complete the meal, guests can chose one of the pasta dishes such as Fettuccine enhanced with Coffee and served with Lemon Sauce priced at MYR42++, or go for the Australian imported Langoustine with Lemon Tea Sauce and Brussels Sprouts priced at MYR88++.

Guests dining at Peppino will receive a complimentary chocolate fondue set if they spend above MYR100 per table.
