The attraction of Bali has exploded since the release of Eat Pray Love. For five days, Ubud, Bali will be the location for an exclusive yoga retreat with Duncan Wong. This mountain adventure is located in the middle of the famous Monkey Forest Road, at the cultural heartland of Bali.

From February 18th to 23rd, 2011, a limited group of yoga practitioners will experience an abundance of tropical pleasures like sweet coconuts, waterfalls and lush scenic beauty at the exclusive tropical Balinese retreat, the Ubud Bungalows.

Purify the system with Yang style, multi-level yoga practice taught by Master Duncan Wong every morning to get the fire energy glowing. Follow up each day with another Yin style practice, to sooth the soul, clear the mind, and open the heart, to compliment each day's experience. The afternoon sessions will be taught by Duncan, and on a few afternoons a special expert guest teacher may lead the group, who will also join in as a student during the entire retreat.

After a healing arrival spa treatment, practitioners can choose to lounge by the pool, take-in the lush tropical sites of expansive rice fields and mysterious jungles, tour coffee plantations, encounter hands-on herb walks, visit holy waterfalls, observe ancient temple rituals and watch traditional dance performances.

Duncan Wong is the creator of the Yogic Arts™ system, an organic movement technology that synthesizes the stillness and simplicity of Zen philosophy with comprehensive core dynamic flow mechanics, mixed martial arts mudra and stance structure, interdisciplinary bodywork therapy, and a refined approach to assisting and alignment, with the rhythm of modern dance and urban breakbeats.

Duncan's ability to multi-assist the entirety of a pose, and his gift of conveying the essential relationship between each posture and their intrinsically interconnected fluidity, attunes our minds and hearts to the confluence of this ancient wisdom technology of the mystery schools, that we discover is the best method for mirroring our own life movement and lifestyle choices; awakening the insight necessary to realize our destiny, while aligning with our spirit guides who protect us on our sacred resonant journey.

Yogic Arts is, in essence, a personal investigation of the ways in which we relate the primal movements of all wisdom cultures, emphasizing contact, connection and alignment of elemental and energetic spiritual forms. From this experience we learn to approach our own heavenly body as a fine tuned instrument of sacred sound, whose purpose is to serve the wholeness that we call enlightenment. At its most immediate level, Yogic Arts is advanced technique experienced in a comprehensive and compassionate style, for the support of all beings equal happiness and freedom.

Love in Bali Yoga Retreat is priced at $1,200USD per person for 5 night.
Space is limited to provide an intimate group environment
