Esplanade presents the lighter side of the arts in conjunction with Singapore Arts Festival from 12th May to 5th June 2011.

Flipside is an annual Esplanade festival held in conjunction with the Singapore Arts Festival. Audiences can look out for fun-filled and quirky presentations in theatre, dance and music. The festival is chockful of unconventional, imaginative work and lots of eccentric humour.

The shows are selected due to their fun and quirky nature and adds variety to the programmes at Esplanade during the Singapore Arts Festival.

Flipside key highlights include a live concert by Tiger Lillies (UK) and performances such as 'Zoo' by Yllana (Spain), 'Pas Perdus' by Les Argonautes (Belgium) and Imagine Toi' by Julien Cottereau, formerly of Cirque du Soleil.
