The 2010 version of the hugely popular Hong Kong Wine and Dine Festival (28 – 31 October) will be held once again along the West Kowloon Promenade. The festival was such a hit with locals and visitors in 2009, that it has been expanded this year to four days from three last year, providing food and wine lovers even more opportunities to indulge their palates.
