INNOVATIVE COCKTAILS
Insisting on using only premium spirits and fresh fruits for all cocktails, il Lido’s in-house mixologist Lele Pauletto serves up a weekly series of new and creative cocktails that are perfect for aperitifs or apres-dinner party drinks.

Many are sure to adore the fruity vodka-based martinis such as Honeydew Cosmo, sweetly flavoured with Midori and fresh Honeydew puree, and also Ruby Sunshine, made with real pomegranate juice and Cointreau.

il Lido’s selections of frozen and blended cocktails make the best treats for a warm and breezy night in the city. Chill out on the bar’s alfresco pad while sipping on Guava Ice, a refreshing combination of guava, apple and vodka, or Bahama Mama, a Kahlua-based cocktail with dark rum, coconut milk and pineapple juice.
