Bridge Bar

Located high above the bustling intersection of Jalan Ampang and Jalan Tun Razak lies the Bridge Bar, the latest addition to the ever-growing list of rooftop bars in Kuala Lumpur's city centre. Nestled in between the twin buildings of the GTower, the Bridge Bar opened itself mid last year as an adjacent facility to the commercial development.

Fully owned and operated by Goldis Berhad, the GTower incorporates offices, the luxury business G Hotel and a club whilst featuring facilities like food and beverage outlets, a gymnasium and function rooms. As one of the building’s highlights, the Bridge Bar is a private and exclusive bar, available only for hotel and club’s guests.

Designed to be a private haven, guests are granted a majestic view of the metropolitan spread below. The structure features floor to ceiling windows along with glass floors, giving you the illusion that you are walking in mid-air. Laze at the couch lining at the alfresco terrace and you can watch the city go by 30 floors down.

The bar also houses the works of mainly local artists. As the GHotel caters primarily to business travellers, the management wanted to inject a local feel to the interior so guests can learn more about Malaysia from within the premises.

One will certainly be treated to an unforgettable dining experience at the bar. The menu is crafted carefully to include a wide range of drinks from wines to hard liquor while the Asian-Western fusion food choices spread from appetizer, mains to delectable desserts. Among its signature drinks are the Chily-tho and as its name implies, is made from Chillies and fruit shooters of Orange with Vodka and Lemon with Tequila. The unforgettable appetizers are the fried pistachio scamorza cheese with tangy fruit chutney and duck spring rolls.

Designed to offer the ultimate seclusion, the Bridge Bar is indeed, the city’s best kept secret.
